Healthy Ghanaian Local Dish.

The fotage above is a local dish in Ghana, West Africa. It is prepared out of cassava which is solar dried and milled into flour. The local name is “konkonte”. The soup you see is called “AbeNkatiNkonto”. “Abe” is palmnut, “Nkatiε” is peanut and “Nkontomire” is cocoyam leaves. Yes, just as the name suggests, it is a soup made out these three major ingredients, with chevon. That’s the little I will share about one of my local dish. Watch out for more.
