Healthy Alternative

Today I tried this recipe I found on Instagram. It is simply a healthier version of momos/dumpling instead of steamed flour here I have used boiled cabbage leaves to wrap the fillings.
it is all easy and tastes super delicious.
Do give it a try and let me know your experience!!

P.S. add salt in the boiling water when you boil the cabbage leaves it will soften the leaves and it would be easier to fold.

In Bulgaria where I live and in the whole region of the Balkans, there is a meal called Sarmi and it looks like the momos that you’ve prepared. Usually Sarmi, is a filling of mixed minced meat with rice and wrapped in an acid, fermented cabbage leave.

Oh Yes @BorrisS Sarmi sounds something similar to this but the non-veg version
I did some improvisation to this dish but here in India Momos are much popular all over.
Here we do innovation in momos.
