My journey as a Local Guide started from an early morning pop up from Google about Local Guide program, I was curious and wanted to explore more about it. I always have been an explorer and helped my family and friends by being a critic to the places I visited.

Google gave me an opportunity to spread my word to a wider audience.Now I make sure to always leave a review about my experience at every place I visit. I have over 34.5 million views on over 9,562 photos I have posted. I am currently a level 9 Local Guide, I just see myself growing and helping people from here by contributing more frequently.

Being a Local Guide of Hyderabad, I can assert that Hyderabad is famous for two of its specialities Hyderabadi biryani and the simplest yet most essential thing which is Osmania Biscuit. Today, a cup of tea feels incomplete without a fresh baked Osmania biscuit.

Nizam’s are well-known for their peculiar taste when it comes to food and these biscuits are no different.The last Nizam, His Exalted Highness Mir Osman Ali Khan Siddiqi wanted a perfectly balanced biscuit to go with his evening Tea and demanded to bake these biscuits.Today these biscuits are served everywhere and goes hand in hand with Irani Tea .Since then it has become one of the cultural identities in Hyderabad and it is served in almost all restaurants along with the famous Irani Tea.
