I’ve been using the google maps ‘edit’, ‘add a missing place’, ‘submit feedback’ options for over six
months to get our new road added to Google Maps. I get email confirmations that my ‘edit’ was
accepted - but I’ve had no luck getting the road added. AppleMaps added this road months
ago. I started submitting requests in May of 2017 …any idea how I can get this request escalated?
As you know - without being in Google Maps I can’t use Uber, Ubereats - can’t even order a pizza!

Hey Rick, I am a newbie myself so i probably can’t answer your question. However I am curious, could you provide a reference address in order to get a better understanding?
One issue I have came across with my experiments is multiple duplicate information entries in a short amount of time appears to get flagged. What I have learned is to wait 24 to 72 hrs for the information to filter into a whole… Google literally has billions of bits of information being entered to process every second.
@RickHammerl Usually when you get an email that you edit has been accepted, it should appear in Maps not too long after maybe a couple of days.
But there could be a little confusion in my part because your title says you want to add some roads, but in your post, you said “add missing place”
To add roads, you need to use the Send Feedback option, and select “Missing Road”, refer to this link

*Adding missing place is to add a location, ie a point location/business, not a road.
Can you check out the link and see if that was how you added it?
BTW - I’ve never gotten an ‘accepted’ reply for any of my edit requests yet.
