Update… never mind… I missed the deadline. 
Hello, I clicked on the apply now button on the email I received inviting me to apply and it opens a new page. When I click on the apply tab the page moves down to the area where it says how long it is until I find out. Where is the apply button? I definitely haven’t filled out my application yet and haven’t submitted my video. Can anyone tell me what I’m missing? Help! I know I’ve left this to the last minute, so hoping someone can help me figure out what I’m missing. Thanks!
- Sorry if this is a repeat post. All I could find was posts about issues for 2019.

Unfortunately you missed the deadline :(. As far as it is announced, there will not be an extra period to reapply. The best thing is to prepare better for the next best from now on.

Below the timer there is the word “apply now” when you click on it a new tap opens with boxes that you have to fill in with the name and your link link to local stories in the Local Guides forum and a list of places that you and your video link on YouTube and so on … you missed that you click on apply now ”I don’t know you thought it was the last step. good luck

Hi Jen, Thanks for answering. It’s good to know you got invited the following year despite not applying last year. I was wondering if I would be left out because I didn’t apply. We’ll get it right next year. Lesson learned.
