Hello Local Guides Team,
I recently received an email from Google Maps congratulating me on unlocking a special reward. The email included a code to redeem a limited edition Google Maps pin. I followed the instructions, clicked on the “Redeem now” link, and entered my code and address on the landing page.
However, I still haven’t received the pin, even though the email mentioned that it should be redeemed by May 31, 2023. Could someone help me with this? Is there a way to track the status of my reward, or has it been delayed for some reason?
I appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide.

I guess they don’t provide any tracking code for it. Only you can do is retry and redeem again if you haven’t received it. This happened with me also. I haven’t received and I redeem that again but still no clue.

First of all, congratulations on unlocking special reward from Google.
To help you further in this regard, you must know that most likely it gets delivered through Indian Post. And, this may take 6 to 8 weeks once you receive your tracking details. Suggest you to get in touch with your local post office after this time frame.
Also, request you to move this post from ‘Achievements’ to ‘How-tos’ board.
