Did not receive Google play credit from pixel 6 pro order. Was supposed to get $150 of Google play store credit from my purchase, however have not had any correspondence regarding this. Can someone help?

@Micky33x Is this part of Local Guides perk? Or is it from the Google One subscription perk? I know some countries received Local Guides perk related to Pixel phones, but it’s supposed to be a discount code, not a credit back to your account.
If this is part of the Google One perk, you should try to reach out to their support channel (there’s a link for call/chat/email at the bottom)

Hi @Micky33x as @iyudhi mentioned this question isn’t Local Guides related but I can say it does take quite a long time for the credit to materialise for us Melbourne folk. It’s not a Google Play credit for Aussies, its a $150 credit in the Google store. Search your email for the subject “You’ve got $150.00 Google Store credit”.
I ordered on 20th October and the credit turned up in the store on 26th November so about five weeks after purchase. If yours has been more than five weeks and you don’t have the email I would get onto the Google Store the best way to do this is via https://support.google.com/store/gethelp and
click next then select
and click Next step a couple more times until you get to
and you will (normally) get to a chat window. They’re usually around 24 hours so I guess the time of year has them buried so keep trying. You will get through to them and they are usually pretty helpful on orders.
