Have you ever tasted South Indian Food in Sweden ?

Have you ever tried authentic south indian food ? born from south india, I feel that south indian food is totally underrepresented in western world. As a local guide I am guiding you through the cuisine.

Chettinad Biriyani (Chicken / Lamb).

Chicken or Lamb been used in this. Biriyani is a Persian dish that had been improvised for the indian kinds before 500 years and Chettinad cuisine improved that and taken that to a whole new level.

Dosa (Vegan / Vegetarian / Gluten Free)

Dosa is another dish that considered very lite, diet food and every north indian also loves this. It could come with Masala dosa (Potatto mixture) and Podi Dosa (lentil mixture). Dosa is fermented rice and lentils, made it as a crisp pancake, that is as easy as it. Crunchy, sometimes based on request buttery, Its seriously awesome.

Parotta (South Indian Bread)

A parotta , porotta or barotta is a layered flatbread originating from the Indian subcontinent, made from maida flour. It could also be made it with eggs and chicken (or vegetables) as Chicken Koththu Parotta (Koththu means softening it out in the pan by hitting on it) and ofcourse Veg koththu parotta.

In Stockholm, there is a new food joint opened up last month. It’s The South Indian (or The South Indian Stockholm) which receives rave reviews from south Indians. It’s very close to Radmansgatan metro station and Its time to have a meetup and enjoy these amazing food items. are you ready?
