One of the most particular plates from Franca, in honor of the 21st president of Brazil, the JK steak is a successful plate around the country, the dish consists in a meat steak breaded stuffed with ham and cheese and side dish rice with saffron and peas, french fries and breaded bananas. It’s very common the citizens go out dinner and order this dish besides them eat practically every month (that’s true). Here we have some restaurants that make this plate so good that we eat more than we can handle and the other day we say that we won’t eat this meal anymore… till the next month.
