Have to click phone lock on/off to refresh

Every time I go to write a review I only get the top menu and below is empty. If I screen lock on/off it refreshes and I can write my review.
Then the same thing happens when adding a photo. I thought this was due to my Samsung was broken but my new Sony started to have the same issue after only a week. Everything also feels sluggish.

Anyone familiar or know a solution?

Feels like a cache problem and seeing I got a new phone where it started to happen again, I am unsure if it’s something on my end.

At first this sounds like an issue on your device(s).

Could you test by having a friend log into his account on your new phone and test if the problem persists?

Update; confirmed not a device or network issue

I’ve switched to a Sony Xperia V mark III a while back for the Zeiss lens. Apart from why I now understand these don’t get sold here much here in my new home Bangkok (they get really hot after <30m video calling) the above problem is back.

I have to do the switch again to get the screen loading so it’s not device or connection related seeing I have this with different providers on many wifi and 5g networks in several countries.
