Thank you for sharing these dishes with us, it looks so delicious. I am a huge fan of Indian food and my favorite dish till now is chicken korma, as I love the mix between the sweet and salty.

these south Indian dishes usually available in every corner in India. The price is less than 100 Rs. I tried Pulliyogre Rice first time in my life…

Yes what you said us right South Indian Food is healthy and easily digestible, very economicaly priced and available across the Nation.

However, one may need to compromise to authenticity as it’s not followed at all places.

Thank you very much for the advice @juna999 , I’ve heard about Holi, but never knew in which month it was celebrated. I’ve seen several Indian films, like Mohabbatein where they portray this festival, especially in the song Soni soni, looks amazing!

yes it is made of Rice flour paste, we make it occasionally on weekends at home…

Thank you, it is very kind of you. Honestly, it’s through Indian films that I started to be interested in India as a country a long time ago. I used to love the traditions portrayed in the films, the signs, the dresses, the architecture.

@juna999 , while speaking about Holi, there is even a song in Mother India, which I love - a classic! :slight_smile:
