Har Ki Pauri is a famous ghat on the banks of the Ganges in Haridwar of Uttarakhand state of India. A center place of attraction among devotees in Haridwar, Har ki Pauri is believed to be the place of exit of holy river Ganga from the mountains. This is the major landmark of holy city Haridwar. Har ki Pauri means **“**Har” means “God”, “Ki” means " 's " and “Pauri” means “step”. History says this ghat build by King Vikramaditya.
