Happy New Year 2025, everyone!

Greetings from the Land Down Under, where we’re now already into 2025! What a whirlwind of a year 2024 has been, and I can’t wait to see what the new year has in store for all of us. I’m sending you warm wishes for a brighter, healthier, and safer year ahead—one filled with peace, joy, love, hope, and happiness.

Before getting back into the celebrations here, I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you here on Connect for making 2024 truly memorable. Your incredible posts, captivating stories, stunning photos, and thoughtful comments have created a wonderful space for sharing and learning together.

Now, as we’re in your future down here, I know many of you are still hours behind in 2024, while you await the big moment, I’ll give you a little glimpse into the future. I’ll share a few photos snapped from my balcony with my trusty smartphone, capturing the first magical moments of 2025. We’re enjoying a quiet yet festive New Year’s Eve with friends—cheers to good company and beautiful beginnings!

Thank you @Ssiddharth2000 I took the pics from home some 5 km away from the heart of the fireworks in Melbourne’s CBD. Given that I simply used my cellphone, the pictures are pretty good really. Well they do show the nature and extent of the fireworks

Thank you @ShailendraOjha. I have to say that I’ve never had the Dry Fruit Besan Laddoo. It looks and sound interesting but for the 100% Pure Ghee! Isn’t Ghee simply butter?

Thank you @Peadar for your wishes and kind words of appreciation. I have to admit, sadly like you I’ve broken every single New Year’s resolution I’ve ever made LOL. As I mentioned above, I took the pics from home some 5 km away from the heart of the fireworks in Melbourne’s CBD. We were at a party and I didn’t have my bigger camera but anyway, given that they were taking using a cellphone, the pictures are pretty good really. Well they do show the nature and extent of the fireworks.

Isn’t Ghee simply butter?

Ghee is clarified form of butter
If you come to India, I will feed you homemade basen( gram flour) laddus made with desi Ghee.
& one more thing in india we indian used deshi Ghee in our ceremonies & festivals.
