lovely to meet your acquaintance. As per your suggestion which has arrived approximately 5 weeks later. I have taken the time to introduce myself at the beginning of my journey as a local guide. Did you need me to introduce myself again? Is that what you mean?
In relation to cake ingredients and the method to making it. That’s easy:
ingredients- 125g salted butter, 1 cup of white sugar, 2 whole eggs, 3 bananas, 2tbsp of whole milk, 1tsp of bicarbonate soda, 1.5cuo of self raising flour and 1tsp of baking powder.
Method
Place butter and sugar into a mixing bowl and blend together over hot water, ensuring the water doesn’t get inside the bowl. Stir until it form a creamy paste. Add eggs, and 3 mashed bananas. Heat milk and add bicarbonate soda. Bring to boil, remove from hot element and pour into mixing bowl. Add flour and bicarbonate soda, mix and pour into a greased round tin of no more than 18cm.
Bake on 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Decorate as you desire.
