I’m Soumyak Saha Dhrubo from Bangladesh. I like to take photos. I’m a photographer. I always take snaps when I’m visiting somewhere or going to somewhere. I always upload them to Google Maps because I want to help people.
May be there is a visitor who is new to that area & don’t have anyone to ask about the location. Then he/she has only one guide. That is Maps.
I’m very proud to be a local map guide on Google Maps. Because many people see my photos on Maps & I think the photos help many of them in many ways.
This photo was taken from Padma Riverbank at Dhola’r Mor, Faridpur, Bangladesh. This is how the ghat (boat terminal) looks like & many people who are new here don’t know about this ghat. So I uploaded the photo on Maps to help them to know about this ghat.
Like this, I have many stories to share. In many places there is a road on Maps but when I followed the road, I got that blocked permanently. I immediately reported about that to Map & in many reports, I got perfect feedback. I also added many Important places to Maps.
This is a short story of my Local Guide working life. I want to contribute more & more so that people can depend on Google Maps for any trip or tour.
