Thank you @JustynaMad for sharing with us your experience and a bunch of delicious dishes. They all are mouthwatering indeed.

The dish that you called sambouski, is called SAMOSA in Pakistan, and I think in India too. They may be filled with minced boiled potatoes or minced meat or chicken.

I Am in love with olive pickle,i wish I could pick up and eat those olive pieces from your table.

You are doing a great job, not only you visit different countries, but also you know about their cuisines.

Wow… good job @JustynaMad !!

Did you cook it all by yourself?

All of them must be yummy! What are the ingredients for Baba ghanoush and the filling of Sambouski?

Hi @JustynaMad !! :hugs: I’m also a big fan of Arabian food :grinning:

My favorite dishes are chickpea hummus, babaganush, tarator (a delicacy made of chicken, sesame paste and nuts) and the fresh and tasty burgol wheat and parsley salad called tabule.

@ComradeShah thank you a lot! I have tried samosa in indian restaurant in Krakow it’s also really really good and you’re right that it has similar taste. Haha so we have something in common because I’m also addicted to olives  Hope to meet you over a plate of olives ;d

@Velvel Yes, I prepared all of it by myself :slightly_smiling_face: I made baba ghanoush from grilled eggplant (I roast it on fire), after that I blend it together with garlic, lemon juice, tahini, spoon of cumin and salt. And that’s all so simply, so delicious :yellow_heart: I have stuffed sambouski with beef, tomatoes, cumin and Lebanese 7 Spice :slightly_smiling_face:

@CaroGuiniazu I also love tabbouleh! I see that we have so much in common, similar perception of the travel and culinary world :slightly_smiling_face: Let me find you on Instagram and follow your posts :slightly_smiling_face:
