Hanashi Udon: Delicious Local Udon Restaurant in Genteng

Mostly on every weekends I go to different restaurants nearby and try different types of foods taste and also to support local businesses around. Yesterday, I visit Hanashi Udon you can see at their Instagram (@hanashiudon) , they are first local udon restaurant, serving delicious udon. I like Udon, because the texture is chewy, smooth and big size. The broth is also special, very tasty. Hanashi have main respo in Genteng and have brance resto in Jember.

Udon is a type of noodle that has been known in Japan for a long time, made from wheat flour and is thick and rather wide. In Japan, udon is a popular food, cheap and widely eaten as a substitute for rice. Japanese people have long been familiar with udon and often eat it in groups when there are crowds or celebrations. Variations in cooking methods and the types of side dishes used vary depending on the region in Japan (source) https://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Udon . However, in some countries udon has been combined with unique flavors adapted to the tastes of local people.

Hanashi is a local udon restaurant in Genteng. Just launched in early August 2023. When I eat also get a discount. How come you are not surprised that you only need to spend 8,000 rupiah to get 1 bowl of original udon. And if you want the special version, only 18,000. its very worth it.

There are four main udon menus. Hanake Udon (Rp. 8,000), Hanashiudon (Rp. 12,000), Nikushi Udon (Rp. 18,000), Shibura Udon (Rp. 18,000). As for complements, there are lots of delicious and cheap snacks. There are Gyoza, Chicken Katsu, Nori Tempura, Ebi Tempura, Tofu Roll, and Shumai.

Thanks for the great introduction to udon!
Udon noodles are easy to pair with any soup.
It goes well with curry and tomato soup!

In Japan, each region has its own unique noodle, soup, and ingredients!

Udon noodles in Fukuoka, where I live, are soft and glutinous in texture.
You will be hungry soon after eating it!

Great initiative. I reads that posts. Maybe we should held the virtual meetup Indonesia series to because important to have awareness for that. Maybe if there is an opportunity we can make a virtual meetup Indonesia related to accessibility would you like to attend?

We know Indonesia uphold aquality and have principles of accessibility are: convenience, that is, everyone can reach all public places or buildings in an environment.

Thank you @KashifMisidia for your initiation cross the world. This advice mean a lot for me.

Halo Bu @Ismi_Choirunnisa !
