Hahaha… interesting idea, @canscent . It’s the first time I’ve seen Bad Restaurant List idea like this.
But, imho, besides the list/reviews must be honest, like you’ve said, you must aware of that (allegedly) bad restaurants’ lawyers.
If they want to sue you, Google will never help you. You are on your own risk.
But…, it’s still an interesting idea. If it was me, I would keep it private.
