haleem seeds are very small in size and brownish in colour very healthy option in various diseases. It is specially used in winter season. Also given to newborn babies mother. It is also used in weight loss program or you can eat as like a desert very easy to make.
Procedure
For 2 glass
Ingredients=
Two glass milk
Two tablespoon haleem seeds
4tablespoon jaggery powder or sugar
Half teaspoon cardamom powder
Some dry fruits and raisins
Procedure=
1.First of all take haleem seeds in a bowl and add water in it for soaking. Soak for at least half an hour you can keep overnight also.
- Boil the milk then cool it
3 keep PAN on medium flame and add haleem seeds then add sugar or jaggery powder in it and add one cup of water and keep it for 5 to 7 minutes on mediemflame.
- If you are using jaggery then don’t add milk in pan when gas is on.
If you are using sugar then you can add milk in Pan when gas is on.
Now add cardamom powder and keep it for next 3-4 minutes again.
- If you want to add jaggry then off the flame and after cooling add milk in it.
