I had gone to Smallcakes (749 Central Park Ave, Scarsdale, NY 10583) and got a vanilla ice cream. After finishing most of it I had seen black hair at the bottom of my cup. I know that it was not my hair because I have blonde hair. I do not recommend this place at all, the costumer should never feel disgusted like this.
