This is my entry to @HiroyukiTakisawa 's monthly initiative. So, the topic for this month is describing about our Hobby. Well, I think hobby is like sugar in our lives - actually, it gives a sweet flavour. Because we love doing it.
So, one of things which I really doing is Gym Workout. Once started as a hobby, now it has become a Habit. However, I’m missing my gym and gym buddies in this lockdown period.
Shedding that sweat from my body and giving myself those amazing milestones actually rejuvenates me.
I think Health & Fitness is really important in everyone’s life. It can be done in any way - like Gym, Yoga, Aerobics or simply walking.
So through this post, I would like to request everyone to give some time to our body.
It’s a nice hobby for your health! How many times a week do you go to the gym?

I thank you for starting this wonderful initiative. I really enjoy it and in fact, wait eagerly by the month end that what could be the next month’s topic. It actually makes me think out of the box.
I go to the gym 6 days a week - with mostly taking rest on Sundays. It is really helpful to increase strength and reduce unwanted weight.
Yes, you can also do any activity which suits you. Like right now in quarantine, I do Yoga at the home - as gyms are closed.
Great to hear that you are practicing Yoga at home. I believe some form of workout is necessary for everyone - esp. in today’s time when we should increase our immunity.
