Guys why my facts checked stuck even when i submit a new “check the facts”. Its stuck on 2/3. I hope anybody here has experience this and know how to solve this problem. Thank you.

Facts checked is not operational for quite some time. All the points for facts checked are accumulated under Answers.
Keep building informed community stronger

In practice is it currently not possible to check facts for the Factfinder badges, as @Kumaarsantosh correctly mentioned.
You may find my post on How to check some facts - these days! helpful.
Also, please pay special attention to this update.
