The Sun is Life.
The monument was built in 1978 by the sculptor Nusret Suman. This is the one of the special monument of Ankara at the Sıhhiye Meydanı.

Great looking landmark! I wouldn’t mind if you could tell us a bit more about it. If I’m not totally mistaking, the writing on the building in the background tells me this is somewhere in Turkey.
