Ingredients:
10-12 servings
1/2 cup maida/All purpose flour
1 cup milk powder
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp Cardamon crushed/powder
3 tsp Ghee
3 tsp Rose water
1 cup Sugar
2 1/2 cup Water
Oil - as required
Almonds - as required for garnishing
Process;
Add maida, baking powder,milk powder in a bowl and mix well. Add ghee to it and with the help of water make a soft dough, After 5 -10 minutes,make small balls with the help of oil or ghee on palm
Heat oil in a pan,when there is medium heat, add balls for deep frying.Parallely take a pan ,add water , sugar ,elaichi powder and rose water and heat it below boiling point.Mix it well sugar syrup is ready Add the balls to the sugar syrup, keep the balls in syrup for 15 minutes. Later garnish it with almonds and serve it in bowls.Yummy julab jamun is ready
