**Guilt-Free** Banana Pancake with Honey and Walnuts

Imagine having a moist, flavoursome and fluffy pancakes as breakfast, and the great news is completely guilt free!

Ingredients:

Banana -1 (best with bit of brown spots to add extra sweetness!)

Soy milk - 1 cup

self-raising flour - 1 cup

Vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp

walnut - a hand full

honey - little

Method:

  1. mash the banana and mix it with the self-raising flour

  2. slowly mix in soy milk until desire consistency is reached

  3. mix the vegetable oil into the batter

  4. chop walnut into small pieces and mix into the batter, leave some for garnishing

  5. heat pan with a tablespoon vegetable oil of your choice and pour a scoop of batter in it

  6. wait until bubbles start showing on the pancake to flip

  7. continue to cook pancake until both sides are golden-brown colour
