For a few months now, when I post a picture, review or answer questions, I get points - and then they disappear and my score reverts to 0 (I retain my level though). This has happened for months and I’m sure I’m not breaking any rule . My posts are usually innocuous, if not positive and helpful. I see no way for recourse or remedy. Please help!

Idea exchange is for ideas to change aspects of Local Guides and Maps. You are facing a support issue @Jonnychopsticks which should be posted in the How-To topic. I had a look at your profile I can see your points.
If you are using Maps from your phone make sure you’re running the latest Google Play Services and Maps, clear the cache and data and try again.
My points, currently, are 3. Hundreds of points I’ve earned daily with appropriate, rules-obeying contributions, have deleted daily. Thanks for your reply, but the issue still exists. I’ll move my query to the proper channel no .

Regarding the point loss (reverting to 0), would it still be occurring? As to the main description, when the issue occurred, the review/photo you have posted would give you 0 points, or the total points overall (you have achieved so far) would turn to 0?
Do feel free to update the current status, since your latest update, should there be any change.
