Congratulations! You’ve met the requirement to be trusted by Google Street View. Based on your expressed interest from the Street View app, you’ll be recognised in our Street View products as a trusted professional for hire – an excellent way to gain credibility and access to exclusive leads, while helping others explore the world.
I still cannot see where I can download my trusted photographer badge and I don’t have access to my private street view trusted community page.
I know GSV is going through a transition ATM but the system seems flawed and slow.
You are welcome, @abenno ! I wanted to let you know that I am accepting my comment as a solution so if someone else has a similar doubt the information can be found easier. I will also edit the title so it gets more clear what the query is.
P.S.: Just as a reminder - please don’t forget to tag when responding to someone. This way the other person gets a notification and is able to view your answer right away. You can do it by putting the symbol “@” in front of the nickname.
I received the Google Street View Trusted Photographer Email on 2/16/2020, and am able to see my badge through local guides connect, but am unable to find where to download it anywhere. I have also seen other trusted photographers online getting other marketing material automatically downloaded into their Google Drive, but I have yet to receive anything.
Should you be not able to access the new Street View trusted Help Center, please let us know, and we will tag a Street View Moderator for granting the access to your profile.
The Help Center also contains the marketing materials and an interesting news and announcements section.
Thank you Ermest for the response. It seems I do not have access to the restricted portions of Street View. Clicking that link simply takes me to the regular Google help page.
If you could tag a Street View Moderator for me, that would be awesome.
Thanks for reaching out to us and @ErmesT , thanks for the tag!
I will forward the information to the respective team and will let you know as soon as I have an update.
Meanwhile, I will merge your post to an ongoing discussion, where Local Guide had the same query. Have in mind that this is how we keep the forum organized.
Thank you for your help. Clicking the link you mentioned takes me to the Google help page. I am not seeing Google Street View listed anywhere on that page. What am I missing?
I’m happy to hear that, @NVPhotos ! Just a kind reminder - don’t forget to tag when you responding to someone. This way the other person gets a notification and is able to view your answer right away.
But none of the links are working and I cannot retrieve the trusted marketing materials. In the mail it also says that I can access the Trusted private community of Street View (at this url: https://www.localguidesconnect.com/t5/Street-View-trusted/bd-p/SVTP) but I I have an access denied with the message: “You do not have sufficient rights for this resource or its parent to perform this operation.”
Help me I’m completely lost and I can’t find anything at all …
However, as it seems you are not able to access that area, I am tagging @Bobiisha for contacting the Street View Team and granting the access to your profile, and to move this post in the right place in Connect
The Help Center also contains the marketing materials you are looking for and a news and announcements section.
I am very intrigued because all the links you sent me and those I had in previous posts all point to the same page: https://support.google.com/ without ever loading a particular article. It is always on the home page that appears … So I cannot see the resources you sent me … Including the news and announcements section of the help center
That’s the reason why I have Tagged a Goggle Moderator in my previous reply @NicolasDohr : If you don’t have the access, you will be redirected to the main Help Page for all the Google products.
May I ask you when did you received the email from the Street View Team? It may takes a few days (it is more a matter of data sync) to have the access
