Grilled corn is a famous Indian food. From where I am, you would find it almost everywhere in the city.
It’s easy to prepare, you just grill the corn, mix salt and chilli powder with lemon. And apply it on corn and simply enjoy.

Is it corn season yet in Australia?
Maize (corn) come out from May and last till December.
We are waiting for it here in Nigeria.
I can’t wait to grab and eat it hurriedly.

In Mexico, they cover the grilled corn with mayo, cheese, chilli and lime! Turks only eat it with salt. This looks very tasty : )

Different stroke for different folks
Here in Nigeria we eat roasted corn with coconut
or local pear called 'ube" to use Chilli/Lemon here
will look different.

Simple but delicious.
Sometimes I baste the corn with butter and chilli sauce mixture to makes it hotter.
But lemon, salt, and chilli powder must be great too

@sparekh I like grilled corn too. But I haven’t had it with lemon and chili powder. I will try that someday. I’m hungry now, better go grab something to eat. Thank you for sharing this post with us.

Oh nice, we eat roast corn with a piece of coconut meat in Ghana. Amazing taste!
