I personally love tzatziki, but if I have to be honest I’ve never seen this particular salad. Would you mind describing the dish and maybe share the recipe? It looks like it has some eggplant in it.
Last year while I was in Greece, I had the chance to taste some very delicious dishes such as Souvlaki, Gyros, Kolokythoanthoi, grilled Xiphias and not to forget Safridia. What are your favorite Greek foods and do you like any of the ones that I have shared?
