Greatest gift for Paraplegia

Not sure if this meets criteria for this column. If not, sorry

Just received this new wheelchair from NuMotion. Something which I had been waiting for to long. That is till I was able get their help. Big help. Before, everyplace I went I gotten reply such as… Insurance company won’t approve because you have to wait 5 years to get a new chair. Well, NuMotion made it happen in less than few months…

I am very proud of my new wheelchair. After all, it’s a big part of my life, being a Paraplegia. Highly grateful to NuMotion for making my disability an ability. You really don’t know how much a wheelchair can make a difference every day life

What a nice wheelchair @Wheelchair4x I am so happy for you! I do not understand how an insurance company works sometimes it amazed me.

Glad you got what you needed @Wheelchair4x Maps and Local Guides are all about getting out to see the things worth seeing and experiencing the things worth experiencing and now you have a path to more places. This is great. We have a lot of accessibility advocates on Connect, perhaps you’d find interest if you started posting about the accessibility experiences of places you visit. Which ones you found useful and which were difficult. You can include this information in your reviews on Maps and are welcome to post in the Travel and Local Stories topics here on Connect of your personal experiences.

@PaulPavlinovich Thank you for reply. Have been doing just that. However, most my review is journalistic style, instead of just report card on a business. Meaning, usually do some investigating, fact finding, little history about the business, and add it to view. Believe gives people a better view of the business. Instead of just what I experience.

Now with new wheelchair, plan on covering more, explore more and hopefully inspiring people, especially disabled to get out and explore their community. Building my photography skills as well. By the way, Thanks just for sharing with all of us. Mean that.

That extra details would be great for your stories here on Connect in Travel or Local Stories topics @Wheelchair4x but on the business it is important that the review only be about your personal experience. Well meaning but non personal experience reviews tend to get made private.

@PaulPavlinovich Thanks, keep that at note. Never turndown any help that make my contributions more Worthy.
