Great spots to photograph in New York City

Hey guys!!

I’m super excited to share with you my top 5 low key spots that will give you STUNNING photographs in NYC.

Living in NYC, what I do the most is walking. I walk everywhere. I use public transportation as well, but one of the greatest things here is that everything is walking distance. I walk over 12 miles every weekend because I like to explore and find places to document.

Here are my top 5:

  1. RED HOOK, BROOKLYN

There is a vintage and industrial vibe that you will be very eager to capture.

  1. MANHATTAN BRIDGE

Enjoy the postcard skyline that you have always seen on TV.

  1. MOTT ST – CHINATOWN

All the store fronts, traditional food spots and street vendors create a lively atmosphere of vivid colors and textures.

  1. BROOKLYN HEIGHTS

Awesome neighborhood to capture classic brownstones architecture, rustic gardens and great selection of colorfully decorated doors. If you go towards the water you can appreciate the Manhattan Skyline at its fullest. Just beautiful!

  1. SOHO - MANHATTAN

My favorite neighborhood in the city. Even though it’s very touristy, you can find infinite alleys and cobblestone streets, city skyline featuring famous buildings in any direction. Bring your gear and shoot away!
