Hello There!
If you like to race and discover new places to practice this incredible sport, I am happy to say “This post is for you”.
Much of my routine is based in the city of São Paulo, as I work there, so I started looking for some different places to share and practice my favorite sport: running.
1. Parks
It’s an obvious choic
But did you know that São Paulo has 113 parks?
I especially love the Ibirapuera Park.
It is very large, perhaps the most beautiful park in the city (there are so many trees on there, sometimes you might think that you are in the middle of a florest) and you can count with an exclusive area to run.
2. Big Avenues
Big cities always count with big avenues. Some of them are even being closed for some hours on Sunday only for the community to enjoy. If you like the idea, you need to visit the Paulista Avenue. The space is large, you can count with manny stores around (if you need to buy some water or eat something after your run) and there are several ways to get there using the public transportation.
3. Other cities around
**
Sometimes, when I want a new experince, I visit the cities next to São Paulo, such as Santos. On there, I can run in a diferent ambience, such as the beach. And the good part is that to get there I need less than one hour (using a car as transportation).
I hope you had liked this post, I can’t wait to see your feedback about it!
See you soon on my next adventure!
