I came here with my daughter for English high tea. There was plenty of food & free flow TWG tea. Though not very luxurious in setting, this place has a good location that is in the bustling Orchard Road shopping area. The lobby lounge is quiet on a weekday afternoon, perfect for catch up with friends / tea break during shopping trips.
