Countdown to 2025 has become a single digit of 9 days from today. How time flies !!! Can you imagine that another set of 365 days is speeding past again. It just seems like yesterday said happy new year 2024 !!!

Anyway as the title says this post is to show gratitude and thanksgiving. It’s to show your appreciation and love to all the local gudies especially those who we have interacted with and other who have helped us on one issue or the other. Maybe they helped us on Google maps maybe they helped us on connect. Maybe they even helped us outside connect and Google maps,they have become part of our story for 2024. Let’s celebrate them together here on this post.

My first port of call for gratitude is to the Googlers the ones who interact with us here on connect. I am not going to tag them because its not necessary. Googlers like Deni,Kristen,Angie and the rest. There are others that are not public,they are behind the veil of IT. We thank you all.

The next in line I’ll like to say thank you to my fellow Cmods. How can I ever tag about 40+ connect moderator. Don’t worry I’ll not tag you all,just to say its been nice working side by side with you all. Especially on the new and improved connect. Our group chat is quite fun,thanks to you all.

Now we will move to the main group of local guides that matters most. The TRACians !!!
Like I always say, you are the most important group of local guides that exist on the planet. There are some special ones like @MarcoDavoli an accurate statistician and top man on adding roads. Thank you.
Who’s next @Lukas_B we have become buddies even beyond the shores of connect. Thank you for being there.

What if I back track to my immediate geographic region in Nigeria. The first local guide I’ll like to tag is @MrFreez you are the best man. Remember my last visit to your palace? That peppered chicken is worth doing again. Thank you for being always supportive.
@MrLabule I’ll not leave you out of these,thank you. For other local guides that I haven’t been able to tag,remember I appreciate you all. We did this together,we made connect lively during 2024 thanks to you all.

I hope I haven’t forgetten any of you? Oh yes the last but not the least. The ever best buddy.and fellow Cmod @KashifMisidia hats off to you. Lots of love and hug all the way to Pakistan. This is wishing you all a great 2025.

Thanks shola , Yes 2024 is going and 2025 is Comming let’s make this year more beautiful pictures, memorable and prosperous for all .TRAC is most interesting challenge started by you and impacting million of life, TRAC is not only challenge it is Path maker , sorry to say but Google map AI system mapped so many unwanted road on Google map that led to someone off road or may in forest , but TRAC Road mapper are really hero and making road which is quietly more accurate and correct then AI , TRAC not only help million of users to find new road but also more accurate and free from any obstacle , I thank you to joining me in this mission ,my Road edit is quite less but I am happy :blush: that I mapped road which is helping other users in finding there Destination , That Campaign and efforts towards making people life more Connected through road is like blessing for them . Thanks for tagging me in your post ,I would like to thank hero of TRAC Campaign like @Lukas_B , @MarcoDavoli @JustJake @ShailendraOjha and others , thanks for making and contributing in this great Campaign , at last I am wishing Happy Christmas and New year to our 36 members of Track team .

@RaviSharma111 I appreciate your sentiments, Sir. Thank you for bringing such positivity to our space. Everyone you mentioned is on my list, too.

I also appreciate the T100 fanatics. @AdamGT has kept us all very motivated and steered the ship while we encountered many challenges in data tracking this year. @TerryPG @PrasadVR @tony_b & @Rednewt74 have made it a treat to be engaged on Connect and with the leaderboard (plural) overall. Thank you, Fellas!

I am also hugely grateful for the Trivia Meet-up Masters, @Denise_Barlock and @jayasimha78. Rain or shine—or hurricane—you two have given us something fun and wonderful to look forward to every month. Thank you! Plus, it gives me a chance to see my wonderful neighbor, @AZ_2021, far more frequently than I do in real life. :smiley:

Now you’re really making it sound interesting, Jake. The closest I ever got to a spaceship was when I used to read a lot of science fiction as a teenager a long time ago. :rofl:
