I’m Rizwanuddin father of two sons one loves adventures other loves Nature. I am a regular traveler and my wife always encourage, she is my best companion in my all journeys. I’m inspired by Ibn I Battuta, Jameshed Ji Tata and Hari Nair a living legend owner of Holidayiq now merged with Lastminute.com. My passion is to explore the Indian Heritage and Pilgrimage where I used to have an insight and always enjoyed the Golden Glory through the Sculpture, Architecture & Culture. Originally touring is not my hobby but madness, it is my life. As historical Ramappa temple’s craftsmanship and ornamental work impressed me a lot including the Khajuraho a World Heritage known for its classic sculptures, JK temple a twentieth century’s modern construction, Jain Temple an ancient Temple in Chittoregarh. As we learn from our mistakes so I did and learnt. This is indeed! to be considered my first post, which is to the Connect Live Community under Local Stories.
Wherever I visit, I love to have traditional local cuisine and unique taste, which just double the joy and become a memory. The traditional hospitality brings alive the feeling of belonging. Still I am trying to live the ancient heritage. I loved to use Google Maps, G-Mail and Google Translate. Google maps has given me the opportunity to share the views about various places of human interests as a local guide. As a guide, it has been my endeavor to share these places mainly through Pictures via Reviews on Google Map. And wish people living in the world to know about and together, try to save these precious heritage. As a local guide I have added many places like stores, saloon etc the most interesting additions were historical places like Tomb of Sirdar Dost Mohammed Khan who was the founder of Bhopal Dynasty, Nawab Siddique Hasan Khan’s Maqbara who was the second Husband of Third lady ruler of Bhopal, Tomb of Quli Khan a General and son of the Mughal Emperor Akbar’s wet nurse, Chetiyagiri temple Sanchi, Dharmaray Swami Temple Bangalore etc.
And it is my dream that everyone should see these very special places with my eyes.
Hi @MortenCopenhagen ,
Thank you for taking the time and liking this post, thus you have made my effort successful. The way we encourage each other, this thinking is amazing, that’s why all are special !!
16.000 photos is an amazing achievement. And your strong focus on stone and wood carvings is commendable. Great job.
If you hope to attend Connect Live 2020, you may want to review your photos and remove those with faces that are recognizable.
Cheers
