Government employee ineligible for all perks?

What kind of perks I’m not eligible for if I’m a government employee…? The rule for local guides says that government employees are not eligible for some or all perks. Please clarify regarding this.

By the way I’ve moved your post the How-tos section, because it is more suitable to it.

Unfortunately the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions does not specify which perks are limited for government employees. Is there somewhere else that specifies this information?
