It’s been 6-7 years since I became a local guide. Tried to understand the features of Google map while I was studying in 7th or 8th standard and 1 hour ago I recieved my first mail from Google map saying I’ve a GMap Pin Reward coming. That single made this whole year of mine wonderful. When I post something, my friends used to ask me, they are not gonna give you anything,then why are you doing this? I’ve never dedicated my time to GMap for any rewards or anything else, more over i didn’t know there were any rewards given to Local Guides till 1 hour ago 
, so some of you maybe already recognised that I’m new to local Guides connect even I started contributing to map 7 years ago. It really made my year!
3 days ago I hit 1Million views on Google Maps. And today I got the GMap Pin Reward message, so I really see it as the #GoldenPlayButton from GMap just like YT give it to the content creators when they hit 1M subs 
2022 and this 2023 has been good 2 yeas for me. The kid who amazed about Google map is now a Second Year Law student in a reputed institute who loves to travel and help others which I’m really proud of.
I wish to help others more. May god help us to do that.
