Hello, this is with regard to a mail i received on 1/05/2023 that i got a reward of google maps pin which i redemed and as per the mail i was to wait for 4 to 6 week to ve delivered to me.
As of today its 23/03/2024 more than 10 months have passed but i haven’t received my reward.
I even received a mail on 15/05/2023 from deutsche post that my on order is in process and will be delivered to me soon with the tracking id UQ271211405DE.
Earlier it was showing under process but now nothing is showing up now.
Kindly look into the matter
