Is it possible for Google to add “Paying Guest accomodation” as a category when adding a new place in Google Maps? Can someone help me on how to approach this with Google?

It’s already there as Homestay.
In India we call Paying Guest.
In Categories click Hotel & accommodation.
When u click it homestay u will see.
In that add details .
Put photos phone number by owner.
Mention what facilities are available.

As @RosyKohli suggested, the Homestay category is available on the map, you can use it.

However, if you want to to suggest a new category on map please suggest it through the Send Feedback option.

Sorry, they are not the same, so Homestay option does not fit here.
