That is easy. You can upload 360 images to existing pins on Google Maps just like you add flat photos and videos.

I see that you have uploaded one photo only to Google Maps. And your 360 image was no registred as a photosphere. The most frequent reason is that you may have changed the image by cropping it. The width needs to be exactly twice the height of the image.
