these people are making fool mine is also same problem post office people are saying that they have not received any courier from desucth courier company and the desucth company had given me the tracking id I don’t know who is lying I have tracked my order from higher authorities also even they are also saying that we have not received any courier regarding to this tracking ID .

Thank you for raising this issue.
The main problem here which even I have experienced is the postal or courier system and the customs rules in India.
This is slow and painful in India and once it has been dispatched by Google, I have observed that Google has little or no influence over the delivery process.
I think if you raise this issue, they can do a follow-up with the delivery agency but if the gift delivery is on track it can take a very long time to reach you in India.
I’d suggest you follow up with the courier agency using the tracking number if available.

Tracking no show 25 oct to 30 oct 2021. Package is dispatch from Germany. But no indian post tracking no provide me. It’s too late. It’s 4 month running. If you can kindly provide me Indian post traking no… Thanks
Yes I have the tracking number but what’s the use it’s been around 3-4 months but i have not received it yet.

Why you provide such type of reward which may take long time . It’s 2022 provide digital reward system. Last time google make reward 100 rupee at google play its also useless… Please dont provide useless reward…

As I have explained above in the previous reply, Google does not any control over how the local courier agency in India behaves or the processes that they have to follow.
Not even the courier agency in US or Germany have any control.
I assure you that the customs department in India hold up the package due to the customs rules.
Suppose if FedEx in US or Germany dispatch the package, it is received by FedEx in India and even FedEx US does not have any control.
If you track the package properly, it will most likely show help up in Customs.
The reward system is not fake.
I have received several gifts and rewards from Google so far - all arrive, and sometime a bit late or never.
You or me or Google can do nothing about it.
Blame the customs department - if possible, reach out to them.
@KashifMisidia Bhai had the same problem recently and he has worked out the problems successfully after a long wait.
He can guide you if you ask him.
It is natural to feel frustrated, but please don’t blame anyone, that is of no use, my friend.
