Hi Everyone,
Yesterday I attended “Connect Live Delhi 2018” event in Gurgaon (India). It was really great day for me as I met so many other local guides in the event and shared experience with each other. Not only this we also enjoyed delicious food and drink all day long and lot of fun activities. I look forward to participate in this event next year again. I also want to share one strange experience with you all. At the end of event, Google team gifted Uber Voucher worth Rs. 2000/- alongwith other goodies. When I tried to redeem this Uber Voucher I was surprised to know that this Voucher was already redeemed by someone else as I got an error message “Gift code already added to a different account”. I did not expect this kind of incident whole event was organized by Google and its own employees. I am sure someone from Google’s own team must have done this. The same experience was shared by few more participants in the event. It was Google’s responsibility to make sure that gift voucher should not be redeemed by their own employees. If they can not ensure safety of a small Gift Voucher how can we expect them to keep our personal information and other data safe and intact.
Regards
Manish Gupta
