The actual situation (Covid-19) started to impact shipments months ago, so it is very possible that your perk is blocked somewhere on the way. Feel confident that it will be delivered when it will be possible again for the goods to travel internationally.

When did you ordered the same ? Is it longer than 6 weeks ?
If you have received the confirmation and it has been longer than 6 weeks from when you ordered your perk, please go to the FAQs page on the redemption website, and input the required details in the “What can i do about a missing or missing or damaged perk ?” section at the bottom. Please double check your information. Shipping team will look into it and get back to you.
P.S.- Please edit and relocate your post in ‘How-Tos’ section as this is the only section where we discuss about the problems and their solutions.
