Order was placed in March, but not received yet. No update other than dispatch, no local tracking details shared.
Re-ordered but still the same with no update.
I think Google doesn’t care if their rewards are reaching the contributors or no. It may be fake or deceiving reward emails sent by Google.
Has anyone received the reward yet?

I have also placed my order before few week and there is no updates even on tracking sites .
May this take time to receive to guides as it’s COVID and it’s have take long to came into India .
So patience will be good for us .
It’s been 60days/8weeks since I placed the order, on 23rd March to be precise. And tracking shows it was dispatched on 26th March, nothing happened since then.
I think they sent the postman on bicycle.

Yes agreed still not received and not able to track it properly with the tracking ID they have provided and looks like we need to wait and it is close to 2 months after dispatch. Any way to bring it to Google Maps team notice through email I’d?
Same in my case, I am also level 9 and from Pune. As per the status no update after shipment from Germany. Not sure, I will be getting or not, my friends and family at lower level have already received their pins.

Same case here aswell I have not received my order and it’s been more than 60 days its only shows that its arrived in india but no update after that. Need to specify a customer care number for not delivered items.
After very long wait, today I received the Google Pin. It doesn’t seem to be the originally ordered item which was dispatched from Germany. What I received was dispatched from Bangalore last week and delivered today. Not able to understand if it was this simple then what was dispatched from Germany?
Again looking at the Pin received, it’s very disappointing. The size of Pin is not more than just thumbnail :(. Photo attached.
Google has to suggest where to pin that? And explain how is it adds value to anyone/anything?

To all those who have not yet received please go to the FAQ section from the email you received from Google and scroll down to the “What can I do about a missing or damaged item?” And re-apply with your old redemption code.
Congratulations. At least you still received the reward within 91 days… I waited for 90 days reapplied for the same but still didn’t receive my reward.
My pin order was placed in February '23 and then again in May via their online resubmission form. 6 months and 2 orders, no pin yet and no way to contact Google for status. Wish I could leave a 1 star review for the Google local guides program.

Same here didn’t received yet but i got mail from courier service that they have lost the parcel.
I too didn’t receive my pin and it’s been 3-4 months.
A year ago I got a reward from Google Maps and to get it I had to fill in some information. When I gave the information to Google, I got an email with a tracking code and a link. The tracking code was working for a few days but now the tracking code is not working. I want to know where my parcel has reached now.
