Google Rewards Issue

Hi,

I have got special reward ‘Google Maps Pin’, Redeemed but order was not delivered. Requested replacement order and that was also not delivered!!

I have got multiple rewards from google so far but none have been delivered! Didn’t expect this kind of service from Google.

How to Report this issue? Is there anyone who can look into these issues?

That said, we are sorry about all undelivered rewards items to you. In general it’s not Google fault. It’s the postal system in some countries or geographical location that’s faulty. I have the same experience that the rewards item arrived and the post delays it or even tamper with it.

Nevertheless,how long is it since you redeemed the reward? Please also confirm that you have used the FAQ

Its more then 60 days since order was confirmed. Also I used reorder option mentioned in FAQ.

I didn’t even get confirmation email for reorder!!

I feel its shouldn’t be tough job for company like Google to track these issues. As i mentioned it has happened regularly with me.
