I have received the tracking number UQ250564711DE for my reward from Deutsche Post. However the consignment is stuck from last 3 weeks and am not getting any transit update. Please help. Little excited about my first postal reward from Google.

@neelnnish the team usually ask for recipients to wait for at least 6 weeks before requestiong investigation. If after 6 weeks you still haven’t seen any movement on the package, please reach out to the team using the form below

The shipment is shipped on Mar 15 2023 and its more than 6 weeks now.
