Hello,

i am having a problem that when I’m leaving reviews they only seem to be visible to me and when I click on the business. When my girl looked at the business it said no reviews. Even after I personally posted on my own google maps it said be the first to review this business when my review was right beneath it. I’m having another problem in that most of the pictures I upload never show up on the businesses page. Can someone please guide me on these things so I can continue to help the world. From a quick look at your Maps profile it looks like you have about 50 hidden reviews and 370 hidden photos. Google uses machine learning algorithms to remove reviews and/or photos that are probably policy-violating, and sometimes legitimate reviews are inadvertently removed. Given this, I recommend the following:

  1. First check that your reviews and photos are policy-compliant by reading the Maps user-generated content policy and in particular, the Prohibited and Restricted Content policy,

  2. If you wish to edit any of your reviews to follow Google review policies
    then Add, edit, or delete Google Maps reviews & ratings may be of some help to you, and finally,

  3. If you believe your reviews and photos are policy compliant, complete this form to seek an investigation and in time, your policy compliant contributions should be made visible again.
