Let me check @Mrunalkumar43
@Mrunalkumar43 , Yes , I am able to see your Google Maps profile, all your photos and reviews are hidden. But we can’t find the reason. You may edit your review and delete the content that is not in line with the below policy. Sometimes reviews may be considered spam if they are attached to any photo or video, please edit your review and remove the attachments. You can attach them one by one after your review is approved. Please check if you have violated any guidelines
I haven’t violated any policy. They are simple reviews. Out of which, one is positive and the other negative based on my experience.
@Mrunalkumar43 Please note that the verification process takes more time for new accounts. So approval gets delayed. However, you can continue submitting genuine reviews as per the policy. If you are sure you have not violated any guidelines, you may appeal as per the format indicated in the policy guidelines. Kindly let me know the updates. All the best!

Tips for contributing high-quality reviews
It is not only the policies. They look for potential SPAM and - more importantly - for any kind of fake information.
If you have photos or videos attached, as a first step, I recommend to to remove them and watch, if text-only is accepted.
If it doesn’t help, you can also attach a screenshot of the text in your comment here. Possibly somebody can give hints for what to avoid in the text.
In the past, I was also successful following Prasad’s suggestion, to delete parts of the text and see, if it is accepted and then adding phrase by phrase again.
Below is the revised content of the screenshots posted earlier.
“Visited this salon a few days ago for chemical treatment. My hair got stiffness just in 48 hours. The hair dresser was simply trying to finish the work and overheated my scalp despite my objections. Highly unprofessional place with no hospitality. Better visit the local brands than these overpriced namesake places.”
In both cases, I would say, it is not enough details about your personal experience. Why is it a “good” place" and why is the second one “horrible”?
I tag @ErmesT, he certainly can tell you a bit more.
Ok, let me phrase it better.
@Mrunalkumar43 As suggested by our friend @WilfriedB , please edit your reviews and share your personal experience with the product quality and service.
Yeah, trying to be more specific.
