I noticed 2 of my reviews are not showing up despite adhering to the community guidelines, and I’ve also tried deleting and reposting after.

I can see your review in Bistecca, but the other one isn’t showing up. Even though we follow the guidelines, this can happen because of the AI spam filter of Google, Unfortunately, Google doesn’t share the exact criteria for why reviews get hidden. Based on my experience, I usually post the text review first and add the photos later. Sometimes hidden reviews will just appear 1 to 5 days after posting. I know this can’t solve the main problem, but the best thing we can do for now is just experiment and see what works.

Thank you for checking it for me~! Oh but I didn’t use AI for the other one. I’ve also waited for about a week and it didn’t show up - so I deleted it and rewrote again.
No, I mean Google automatically uses its own AI to detect spam or fake reviews. However, sometimes our genuine reviews are accidentally hidden by Google as well for unknown reasons. It has been happening since two or three years ago.
