Hi, Im new to connect but l am a Local Guide Google reviewer. Recently, I noticed some of my reviews do not post publicly and would like to know why or have someone look into this for me if possible.

all our reviews are checked by an AI filter for obeying the rules, SPAM or false information. If there is only a little doubt, they will not be published, but Google never tells us why this happened.
Not only the text of the reviews, but also the content of attached photos and videos are checked. If only one photo is rejected, the entire review including all other attached media are hidden. Therefore, as a first step, I suggest to remove any attached photos and watch, whether text-only is accepted.
From your profile I can tell, 10 of our reviews, 4 ratings and 7 photos are currently hidden.

Thank you for clarifying this. I will try that and see what happens. I can assure you that all my reviews are from actually customer experiences and nothing is fake.
Would you suggest I delete them and rewrite another review?
Also, do you know if my profile is marked or flagged for any particular reason?
As a moderator, are you able to validate my reviews and make them public or is this system generated?
No, as a first step just delete the photos and leave the text unchanged. Then, if the text is not accepted, you may delete some phrases.
I am not a moderator, but only a local guide just like you. But Connect moderators don’t have that authority neither.

Does anyone have the ability to approve my reviews? I have a feeling I cannot leave reviews anymore because none are public it’s odd.
There is the possibility, your profile is blocked. We cannot see that, but there is a form you can submit to have your profile checked. I don’t have the link handy, possibly @MortenCopenhagen can tell you more.
This can only be done by Google. You could fill in this form for missing reviews and the relevant team will go through your contributions. The ones that follow the guidelines, will be reinstated. But note, this can take several weeks and you must not edit any of those reviews meanwhile.
One more comment regarding “Would you suggest I delete them and rewrite another review?”:
Repeatedly submitting the same content, could be considered as SPAM, causing your account being blocked.
